01 — Overview
Overview
BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound-157) is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a protective protein found in gastric juice. It is one of the most widely studied peptides in regenerative research, valued for its stability and its role in tissue-repair signaling models. Every VITRA batch is synthesized under ISO-class cleanroom conditions and released only after full analytical confirmation.
02 — Science
Mechanism of Action
In published research models, BPC-157 is associated with the modulation of growth-factor pathways (notably VEGF and the nitric-oxide system), promotion of angiogenesis, and regulation of fibroblast migration. These signaling interactions are studied for their influence on angiogenic and cytoprotective repair processes at the cellular level.

05 — Handling
Storage & Handling
Store lyophilized peptide at 2–8°C for short-term handling and at -20°C for long-term storage, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within the validated stability window. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
06 — Preparation
Reconstitution Information
Reconstitute with bacteriostatic or sterile water for research use. Add diluent slowly against the vial wall — do not inject directly onto the powder — and swirl gently until fully dissolved rather than shaking. Do not use if the solution appears cloudy or contains particulates.
07 — Verification
Certificate of Analysis
Each batch ships with a third-party certificate of analysis confirming identity, purity, and composition by HPLC and mass spectrometry. Download the COA for batch VT-240512-101 or verify authenticity against our secure batch registry.
